Basics

Playback and the timeline

Play your video, move around it, cut clips and choose which part to export.

The timeline with the split button, zoom, sync offset, export range, video row and telemetry row numbered

Play and move around

Press Space to play or pause. Click or drag on the time ruler to move the playhead. ← and → jump 10 seconds back and forward, and Home and End go to the start and end.

Zoom

Use the zoom control 2 above the timeline: − and +, or drag the bar to scroll along a long ride.

Clips and ride data

Your clips sit on the Video row 5 and your ride on the Telemetry row 6. Click a clip to see its settings in the Inspector, and right-click it for Auto Sync This Clip, Sync to Map and Delete Clip. To add more clips, use + Add Clip in the Files tab.

Split a clip

Move the playhead to where you want to cut and press B, or click the scissors 1.

Choose what to export

The orange bar along the ruler 4 is the part that gets exported. Drag its ends, or press I and O to set the start and end at the playhead. X clears them, so the whole video exports again.

Line up the ride data

If your data is slightly early or late, nudge it with the Sync Offset buttons 3, or press [ and ] to move 0.1 seconds at a time. For bigger fixes, see Add your ride from a FIT or GPX file and Sync to Map.
