Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your License Key will be deactivated
- You will lose access to future updates
- The software will revert to trial mode (exports will be watermarked)
- Your project files and settings remain on your device

Important: Issues or limitations that were present and discoverable during the trial period may not qualify for a refund. We encourage you to use the trial to ensure the software meets your needs before purchasing.
Eligible for Refund
The following situations qualify for a refund within 30 days:
- The software does not work as described
- Technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team
- Duplicate or accidental purchases
- The software does not meet your reasonable expectations based on our marketing materials
Not Eligible for Refund
The following situations generally do not qualify for a refund:
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- Change of mind after extensive use beyond the trial period
- Issues caused by your computer not meeting system requirements
- Issues that were present during the free trial period
- Suspected refund abuse or fraudulent activity
- Purchase made for the wrong platform (macOS vs Windows) after activation
- Third-party service issues (Strava outages, etc.)
One Refund Per Customer
To prevent abuse, we limit refunds to one per customer. If you previously received a refund for Telemetry Studio and repurchase, subsequent refund requests may be declined at our discretion.
For EU Customers
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day "cooling off" period to withdraw from online purchases.
However, this right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun if you have:
- Expressly consented to immediate delivery; AND
- Acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal
During checkout, you will be asked to confirm:
"I consent to immediate delivery of my License Key and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day EU withdrawal right once the download/delivery begins."
By completing your purchase after this confirmation, you waive your statutory 14-day withdrawal right under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Your 30-day guarantee still applies. Even though the EU withdrawal right is waived, our 30-day money-back guarantee provides you with additional protection beyond what EU law requires.
Faulty Products
Your statutory rights under EU law regarding faulty digital content are unaffected. If the software is defective or does not conform to the contract, you have the right to:
- Have the software brought into conformity
- Receive a price reduction
- Terminate the contract
These rights apply for two years from delivery.
For California Customers
Under California law (Civil Code Section 1723), this refund policy is clearly posted before purchase. If no policy were posted, California law would require a full refund within 30 days. Our 30-day money-back guarantee meets or exceeds this requirement.
Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in:
