Absolutely! If you can upload a photo to Instagram, you can use Telemetry Studio. Our interface is designed to be intuitive—drag your video in, connect your ride data, pick a theme, and export. No editing experience required.

What video formats do you support?

We support all major video formats including MP4, MOV, and native GoPro files. For ride data, we accept GPX, FIT, and TCX files, or you can connect directly to Strava to import your activities.

Do I need a power meter or fancy equipment?

Not at all! Even basic GPS data (speed, distance, elevation) creates compelling overlays. Of course, if you have a power meter, heart rate monitor, or cadence sensor, we'll display all of that beautifully too.

What makes the Strava integration special?

We're the only tool with native Strava segment integration. When you cross a segment, we automatically show the segment name, your progress, live comparison to your PR, and the gap to KOM/QOM—all in real-time, perfectly synced to your video.

Can I export for different platforms?

Yes! Export in multiple aspect ratios from a single project: 16:9 for YouTube, 9:16 for TikTok and Reels, 1:1 for Instagram posts, and 4:5 for Instagram feed. We also support 4K resolution and professional codecs like ProRes.

Does my data leave my computer?

Your video and telemetry data are processed entirely on your machine. The only data we send to our servers is when you connect to Strava (to fetch your rides and segments) and for license validation. Your actual ride files and videos never leave your computer.

Telemetry Studio is available for macOS (Apple Silicon only — Intel coming soon) and Windows. We're optimized for modern hardware with GPU acceleration for smooth real-time preview and fast exports.

How long does exporting take?

With GPU acceleration, a 10-minute video typically exports in 2-4 minutes at 1080p. 4K exports take longer but are still much faster than traditional compositing software because we've optimized specifically for telemetry overlays.
